30-Day Returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. Whether it’s not what you expected or no longer needed, we’ll make the return process simple.

To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be unused, in re-saleable condition, and in their original packaging

- You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

How to Start a Return

To begin your return, email us at support@tekore.co.uk with the following:

- Your order number

- Reason for return

- Whether you’d like a refund or exchange

We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and address details.

- Please do not send items back without contacting us first - returns sent without authorisation may not be processed

Who Covers the Return Shipping?

- If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping

- If you're returning due to change of mind (buyer remorse), the return shipping cost is your responsibility

We recommend using a tracked or signed service - we can’t be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Returns for Faulty or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, missing a part, or not as described:

- Let us know within 7 days of delivery

- Include photos if possible - this helps us resolve it faster

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund depending on your preference.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your product for another variant (e.g., different colour or model), please contact us and we’ll confirm stock availability and the next step.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our policy:

- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method

- This usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your bank

We'll notify you via email once your refund has been issued.

Late and Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

- Please first check your bank account again

- Then contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

- Next, check with your bank - there is often some processing time before a refund is posted

If you've done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@tekore.co.uk and we’ll look into it right away.

Missing Items in Your Order

If anything is missing from your delivery, please get in touch as soon as possible. We'll investigate and make it right.

Cancellations

Have you changed your mind before dispatch? No problem - email us immediately. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll cancel and refund it. If it’s already on its way, it will need to be processed as a return once it arrives.
